Watch and read

Artists Femke Herregraven, Maarten Vanden Eynde, Jean Katambayi Mukendi and Georges Senga dialogue on the evolving narratives surrounding extractive practices in Manono (Democratic Republic Congo). Keeping an eye on the human and more-than-human connections that are drawn from this mined landscape, the artists explore the relationship between technological innovation and natural resources.

Charging Myths took place on March 29 2023 at Framer Framed (Amsterdam) and is part of A Series of More-Than-Human Encounters, a collaboration between VUB Crosstalks and Kaaitheater. This event was organized together with Framer Framed.
