A mapping of Black womxn and feminist networks in Brussels

vlog

In 2021, Black History Month Belgium revolved around the creation of a Black community-driven and controlled archive with material related to the Black diaspora in Belgium. As part of her internship at the Archive and Research Centre for Women’s History, Graciela Dutrieue (student Interuniversity Master in Gender and Diversity) worked on drawing up a mapping of Black womxn and feminist networks in the Brussels-Capital Region (organizations, initiatives, key figures, meeting places…). Every Monday in March, a new vlog was launched.
